Stories That Spark Growth

Join Now-
Next group starts Jan 9

This isn’t your typical book club — it’s a supportive space for women who want to grow, heal, and share in meaningful discussion.

Together, we’ll talk about life transitions, self-discovery, relationships, and personal empowerment — using each story as a bridge to your own.

Come as you are, with an open heart and a good book. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and supported by a community of women walking their own path of change.

Next group starting Jan 2025, we will be reading YEAR OF YES by Shonda Rhimes

Couples Intensives

Are you and your partner stuck in emotional gridlock? Are you looking for the skills to take your relationship to the next level?

What is an intensive?

Intensive Therapy is a way to move toward relief and recovery from distressing symptoms more quickly. Intensives can produce faster results than weekly sessions using standard talk-therapy techniques.

What are the benefits of therapy intensives?

  • Process more information in a shorter amount of time: Dedicate 2-3 days to focus on healing, growth, and connection.

  • No more weekly appointments: Stop scheduling your weeks around therapy sessions.

  • Make lasting change: Step away from the day to day stressors and take care of your mind and body.

Where are intensives held?

We are currently hosting retreats and intensives in Panama, near to beach or in a small mountain town. We coordinate your travel to and from our location.
